Imagine a day spent in a private cosy Provencal house and share the culinary knowledge about french style cooking with Sophie. You will be invited to dive your hand into this interactive cooking class in this lovely kitchen of Alejandra's home, our host for today.

Morning cooking class

Meet Sophie and discover traditional french style cooking.

Menu for your class:

Starter: Pissaladière - onion pie with anchovy cream and filets – provencal speciality 

Main course: Daube provençale or Rabbit with tomato sauce and polenta 

Desert:  Chocolate mousse or Lemon pie with meringue

Apron for cooking… and that’s it! All equipment and ingredients for cooking and mosaic class will be provided

Both workshops will be held in French & English or Sweedish according to your preference
